QHSE Management System
Compass Oil Services (COS) has invested heavily in Quality and HSE management systems and has developed a robust management system to manage quality and organizational health, safety and environment. This management system is further supplemented by high end IT systems provided by Intelex and specifically customized for our needs.
The following are some of the tools being utilized by COS in order to effectively manage QHSE:
• Quality & HSE manuals: COS has decided to have a dedicated quality manual in order to ensure that the organization does not lose focus of service quality while at the same time giving HSE the full attention it deserves.
• CORE Card: The Compass Observation Reporting & Escalation (CORE) card is an improved version of the STOP card, it specifically integrates Quality related observations as well as the typical HSE observations. Our implementation of CORE card is completely electronic allowing for the assessment of observations, assignment of corrective actions and follow up closure electronically.
• Incident investigation Module: COS handles incident investigation, reporting and report approval process as well as follow up on corrective actions completely online. This system makes it possible for COS to ensure no corrective actions are left neglected without follow up as the system will automatically escalate pending action items.
• Trainng and competency module: COS has implemented a training module that will keep track of training requirements as well as send out automated reminders of due training or refresher courses

COS Online training management via Intelex
COS has implemented an advanced training management system developed by world leader Intelex. This gives COS superior training and competencies management tools.

CORE Card
CORE cards are entered online and corrective actions are tracked for closure through the system. This ensures that corrective actions are not forgotten

Incident Investigation and Follow Up
COS incident investigation is not restricted to HSE issues as is common, but also cover Quality incidents such as failed tools and NPT.

Audit Management
COS Manages audits online and all NCR, Corrective actions and scheduling is have high visibility. Corrective actions that are not closed are automatically escalated.
